Napoli are set to sign Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, paying more than his release clause to spread the payment in multiple instalments, while Torino have secured a deal to sign Cyril Ngonge and will soon welcome Franco Israel.
Serbia international Milinkovic-Savic is set to join Napoli on a permanent transfer from Torino.
Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that the defending Serie A champions will pay more than the goalkeeper’s €19m clause to be able to spread his transfer fee in multiple instalments.
At the same time, the Partenopei will send their striker, Ngonge, to Torino on a one-season loan deal.
The Granata will pay €1m for Ngonge’s loan move, but the agreement includes an option to buy for €18m.
Ngonge already played under Marco Baroni at Hellas Verona.
Torino are also close to signing ex-Juventus goalkeeper Israel from Sporting CP.
Football Italia exclusively reported Napoli’s interest in the Uruguay international earlier this week.
