Nottingham Forest captain Joe Worrall states that getting a win in the Premier League is similar to gold dust.

The newly promoted club are hoping to avoid relegation straight back down to the Championship.

Their next game is against Manchester United on Sunday, as they sit in the bottom three of the league table.

He told the club's official website: We're back on home turf next week and, as everyone knows, we've been a lot better at home than we have been away.

"It'll be an exciting game and it's a must-win for us. We're right in the thick of it and three points are like gold dust in this league."

We are fully aware of the situation we're in. There are eight cup finals left and we are well up for the fight.

It's not through a lack of effort or lack of desire, it's about fine-tuning how we approach games away from home against different opposition.

We're more than capable of beating teams, it's just how we go about that and how we go about executing that game plan."
