AC Milan have announced that goalkeeper Lapo Nava has signed a contract extension that will see him remain at the club until 2027.

On the official website, Milan confirmed that Nava has penned an extension that will see him remain for another three seasons beyond the current one. He joined the Rossoneri in January 2017 and rose through the youth ranks before becoming a first team squad member this season.

Meanwhile news has been bouncing around Italy’s various media outlets for weeks now stating that Milan have decided – like Atalanta and Juventus – to create a ‘Next Gen’ type team to register in Serie C which Nava could therefore be a part of.
