Official – Venezia Sign Filip Stankovic From Inter Milan

And now, Venezia have confirmed that they’ve signed Filip Stankovic outright from Inter.

This despite the fact that the Lagunari suffered relegation last season. They narrowly failed to keep their place in Serie A, going down on the final day of the campaign.

Had Venezia managed to stay up, then Stankovic would have certainly been a key reason why.

The Serbia Under-21 international made a number of outstanding saves throughout the first half of the season.

However, in the winter Stankovic suffered a knee injury which ruled him out for several months of the season.,
