Parma have been very busy, officially signing Hans Nicolussi Caviglia from Venezia via Fiorentina, and Franco Carboni from Inter via Empoli.
Both players had previously been on other loan agreements and interrupted them early to come to the Stadio Tardini.
Midfielder Nicolussi Caviglia is still owned by Venezia and had started the season with Fiorentina, but is not part of their plans under coach Paolo Vanoli.
He completed the transfer to Parma on loan with an option to buy, becoming an obligation if certain conditions are met.
A product of the Juventus youth academy, where he made his Serie A debut aged 18, the creative midfielder also played for Perugia, Salernitana and Sudtirol.
The Ducali have also secured Franco Ezequiel Carboni, who joins from Inter on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
He had been in Serie B with Empoli so far this term, also having experiences with Cagliari, Monza, Ternana and Venezia.
