Federico Pastorello discussed the situations of two of his clients, Stefan de Vrij and Francesco Acerbi, whose contracts with Inter both expire next June, and also commented on Nikola Krstovic’s transfer to Atalanta.

Speaking to SportMediaset, via TMW, the agent praised the professionalism and commitment of both Inter defenders, describing them as “extraordinary players with the club’s shirt stitched to their skin.”

“Both could play as starters. This year the rotation is a bit stronger than last season, but they’re two extraordinary players with the Inter shirt sewn onto them. Stefan has been here a long time – he had the chance to leave in the summer but chose to stay. Ace has been here for less time but is already in the fans’ hearts.”

Agent on De Vrij and Acerbi Inter renewals

Pastorello confirmed that renewal talks will not take place until the spring.

“They’re both calm about the coming months. As the club said, we’ll talk about renewals in April. If it were up to them, they’d both be happy to stay, but that depends on many factors. For now, it’s a luxury for Inter to have two players like that.”

The agent also acted as intermediary in Krstovic’s transfer from Lecce to Atalanta, describing it as a move driven by shared ambition.

Krstovic joined La Dea in the summer to replace Mateo Retegui, who completed a big-money move to the Saudi Pro League after a stunning 24-25 season in Bergamo.

“When we received the mandate, we accepted with great enthusiasm. He has a very strong mentality and knows exactly what he wants. He made the most of his opportunity at Lecce and now joins a top club. Atalanta is not comparable in size to others, but it matches his ambitions and those of the Percassi family. I’m convinced he’ll stay there for years and win trophies.”
