Watch the picture of an empty Curva Sud in Milan‘s 3-3 draw against Genoa on Sunday.

Milan ultras left the Curva Sud empty for the final ten minutes of an eventual 3-3 draw against Genoa in Serie A.

The Rossoneri’s die-hard fans had protested before and during the match, remaining silent and showing banners that urged club directors to adopt a clear transfer and communication strategy in the 2024 summer transfer window.

Milan ultras also booed Rafael Leao when the Portuguese was subbed off in the second half.

After the final whistle, Milan coach Stefano Pioli said: “The fans chose this form of protest, and we can only respect them. If they’ve chosen this sort of protest, there is a reason, and we must continue doing well and trying to do more because we have the quality for a good end of the season.”

Below are some pictures of the empty Curva Sud in the final 10 minutes of Milan’s home game with Genoa.
