USMNT star Christian Pulisic got injured during the Tuesday match against Australia (2-1). The AC Milan player left the game after the first half-hour.
Mauricio Pochettino was heavily criticized, since it was a friendly game, and Pulisic had already shown signs of not being physically well.
The native of Hershey was having a great start to the season, registering six goals and two assists in just eight games, but his good moment was halted by this new injury.
A recent report provides clues about Pulisic's possible return date, considering different degrees of severity.
According to journalist Antonio Vitiello, Pulisic has a "scan on his right thigh flexor muscles scheduled for tomorrow."
Often this description is used for hamstring injuries, although it doesn't always refer to the same thing. Depending on the exact injury and the severity, the USMNT star could be out for one to eight weeks.

In case it is a minor muscle stretching with minimal fiber tearing, Pulisic could be out for one to three weeks, according to Upswing Health.
However, if it is a partial tear of the muscle fibers, he could be absent for four to six weeks, or in the worst case, eight weeks.
The portal FotMob estimates that Pulisic will be out until the beginning of November, that is, for about two or three weeks.
In any case, there has been no official announcement from AC Milan about the real magnitude of the USMNT's #10's injury. The only sure thing, for now, is that Pulisic will miss the matches against Fiorentina and Pisa for Serie A, scheduled for October 19 and 24, respectively.
We will have to wait to find out if the player can be called up for the USMNT's November friendlies against Paraguay and Uruguay on the 15th and 18th, although it is unlikely.
