AC Milan are set to wave goodbye to three big names during the match against Salernitana on Saturday with coach Stefano Pioli and players Olivier Giroud and Simon Kjaer all set to appear for the last time.

As reported by Milan News, Giroud and Kjaer are expected to start the game which will be their last for the club as they both get ready for a new challenge.

They are sure to get a great reception from the San Siro crowd and it will also be the final game for Pioli whose departure is expected to be announced on Friday, meaning he can get a proper farewell from all of the fans.

There is a fresh injury for Mike Maignan which means that Marco Sportiello will continue in goal, whilst the expected back four of Davide Calabria, Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez will be in front of him.

Ismael Bennacer and Tijjani Reijnders are expected to start in the midfield, whilst Ruben Loftus-Cheek returns from injury to be flanked by Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao behind the departing Giroud.

Milan will be looking for a calm victory against the league’s bottom side to round off the season that many fans will want to forget.
