PSG Eyeing €15M-Rated Defender Linked to Crystal Palace for Defensive Reinforcement

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly be looking to bolster its center-back position this summer, as its depth has been tested this season. As a result, several names are linked to the capital club ahead of the summer transfer window. 

While Leny Yoro and Antonio Silva are the high-profile targets, the Parisians could look at other names to help build younger and deeper depth. Milan Skriniar hasn’t had the best first season, and Danilo Pereira is approaching his mid-30s. 

A young Spaniard is one of the newest names surfacing in connection with the capital club. According to El Desmarque (h/t Fichajes), Valencia youngster Cristhian Mosquera is on PSG’s radar. 

The 19-year-old has played 31 matches this season for the La Liga side. As a result, the teenager, who is under contract until 2026, is drawing interest from other clubs during the January transfer window. Crystal Palace was reportedly linked to the young defender.

According to the report from The Standard, the Eagles might have to find a replacement for Marc Guehi. How much would Mosquera cost? Transfermarkt puts the Valencia standout’s transfer value at €15 million.
