The future surrounding Kylian Mbappé remains up in the air as Paris Saint-Germain has yet to agree on a contract extension with their 22-year-old superstar whose contract expires in June.

Furthermore, the France international can begin discussions with any club over a pre-contract starting in January. PSG rolled the dice this year, wanting to have a front three with Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. along with Mbappé.

However, the risk was the potential of losing their young forward on a free transfer. Nonetheless, Foot Marcato  reports that PSG has made Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland a priority in the event of a Mbappé departure.

According to the French media outlet, Les Pairisiens have already started talks with Mino Raiola. Raiola-Leonardo, a connection that has already proven itself on the transfer window scene.

Foot Mercato also details that the Ligue 1 side is ready to offer the 21-year-old a two-year contract (plus an optional year) with the highest salary of the squad (between €38 million and €42 million, not counting bonuses).
