21-year-old forward and FIFA 21 cover man Kylian Mbappe suffered an ankle injury following a horrific challenge from Saint-Etienne captain Loic Perrin in the 26th minute of play:

Mbappe exited the match before halftime and later returned to the pitch using crutches:

Losing Mbappe would be a devastating blow ahead of PSG's pursuit of the Champions League title. The Ligue 1 champions face Serie A's Atalanta in the Champions League quarterfinal on Aug. 12.
