Ralf Rangnick has reportedly been given access to Manchester United training ground footage in order to better prepare himself for the task at hand at Old Trafford.

Rangnick is set to be appointed Man United interim manager on a six-month deal, replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who was sacked following the Red Devil’s 4-1 defeat to Watford last weekend.

The German is a renowned mastermind of the game, with both Thomas Tuchel and Jurgen Klopp owing a considerable amount of their footballing knowledge and philosophy to their former mentor.

Whether he will be able to produce results like his two prodigies remains to be seen, but Man United are giving him every chance of succeeding during his short spell in the dugout.

According to the Telegraph, Rangnick will be provided with full access to camera footage from the Man United training ground to prove the former RB Leipzig with an opportunity to study his new players.

Rangnick will be able to highlight strengths of the team which can be maximised under his stewardship, as well as weaknesses that he can swiftly stamp out. This sounds like an uncharacteristically good idea from United.
