Ray Parlour Believes the time is Now for West Ham United

What a job David Moyes has done with the east London club, West Ham United. Simply superb, West Ham have beaten Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool so far this season and sit fourth in the Premier League table. The former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour believes now is the time for West Ham to make a serious push and give David Moyes the players and money that he needs come the January transfer window.
