Like many teams in Europe, Real Madrid has a busy schedule ahead, with Champions League and La Liga as the only hopes for a title this season.
Real Madrid will be playing the Round of 16 playoffs of the Champions League against Benfica over two legs in the next two weeks, along with La Liga matches in between. The team will be without one of their key players, Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham suffered an injury in the La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano on February 1, 2026. The English midfielder appeared to have suffered a hamstring injury and was diagnosed with a semitendinosus muscle injury.
Bellingham was reportedly set to miss a month for Real Madrid, which would see him out for the matches against Benfica in the round of 16 playoffs of the Champions League, but new reports suggest that the player could be out for longer.
According to Ramon Álvarez of RadioMarca, Jude Bellingham's injury does not keep the player out for just a month. Álavrez's report suggests that Bellingham's recovery could last up to two months.
Real Madrid has not confirmed how long Bellingham will be out for, but he is expected to miss the rest of February.
