Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to sign Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United.

According to a report from The Guardian, he could be signed for a fee of £60 million this summer. He has a £85 million release clause in his contract, but West Ham are prepared to sell him at a £25 million discount because of PSR pressure. They are looking to balance the books, and they are prepared to get rid of the African.

The 24-year-old had a mediocre season with West Ham, but he has shown his quality in the Premier League in the past. There is no doubt that he would be an excellent addition for Tottenham if they can get the deal done. He is capable of operating anywhere across the front three, and he will add goals and creativity to the side.

The opportunity to join Tottenham will be exciting for him. They will be able to provide him with Champions League football and the opportunity to fight for trophies.

The player is entering the peak years of his career, and this is the right time for him to join a bigger club. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham are willing to pay £60 million for him.

Earlier, reports via Fabrizio Romano claimed that Tottenham have already been in touch with his agents regarding a summer move. It will be interesting to see if they follow up with an official offer to get the deal done.
