Report – Inter Milan & Club Brugge Agree Terms Over Transfer Of Young Star Midfielder

Inter Milan and Club Brugge have reportedly ironed out the final details for the transfer of Aleksandar Stankovic.

According to Sportitalia, the clubs have finally agreed on the buyback clause after weeks of talks.

Club Brugge have invested a lot of time and energy in signing Aleksandar Stankovic.

However, their persistence has paid off as the 19-year-old is on his way to the Jan Breydel Stadium.

Indeed, the deal is now a mere formality.

The Belgian giants have identified Stankovic as an ideal replacement for the outgoing Ardon Jashari.

Indeed, the Swiss midfielder has a host of admirers across Europe.

Despite his overwhelming desire to join AC Milan, Jashari may need to settle for another destination.

The Rossoneri have no intention of matching Brugge’s €40 million asking price.

However, the outcome of that transfer saga will not affect Stankovic’s move to Belgium.

The youngster has already accepted Brugee’s contract proposal.

Now, the clubs have overcome the final hurdle, with the Belgians setting the buyback clause at €22m.
