Yann Bisseck and Piotr Zielinski have given Inter Milan a double fitness boost by returning to partial training at Appiano Gentile.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, Davide Frattesi could soon join the squad for pre-season preparations.
Cristian Chivu was unable to call upon the injured trio for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Indeed, Bisseck was out after picking up a hamstring problem in the Champions League final.
Meanwhile, Zielinski has been struggling with a lack of match fitness ever since joining the club from Napoli last summer.
After lengthy spells on the sidelines, both players are back in training.
However, they have yet to resume full training sessions and are still working under a tailored program to regain peak condition.
Yet, Chivu should have both stars ready for Inter’s opening pre-season friendly against Monaco.
As for Davide Frattesi, he is still recovering from abdominal surgery.
Therefore, the Italian midfielder is training separately from the group and may not return until late August.
Indeed, Chivu hopes to have him back for the opening Serie A weekend.
