Report – Inter Milan Join Atalanta In Race For Roma Youngster To Bolster Primavera Squad

Inter Milan will lock horns with Atalanta in a transfer battle to sign Roma teenager Sergej Levak to boost the Primavera squad.

Per Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the 19-year-old’s contract at Stadio Olimpico runs out at the end of the month.

Therefore, he will soon be free to join the club of his choice.

Meanwhile, his decent exploits for Roma’s U23 squad have not gone unnoticed.

Indeed, Atalanta and Inter will reportedly fight for his signature.

Despite playing as a central midfielder, Levak has proved capable of scoring goals.

He tallied seven goals and added four assists in the 2024/25 season.

Nevertheless, he will soon become a free agent after failing to earn a new contract at Roma.

With Inter set to launch their U23 squad, Levak could be a valuable addition.

Furthermore, he fits the new transfer policy imposed by Oaktree Capital.

On top of that, he would be another Croatian starlet to sign for the Nerazzurri this summer after Petar Sucic.
