Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny was close to joining Inter Milan before Nerazzurri’s trip to the United States for the Club World Cup.
Per Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Serie A runners-up are unwilling to waste more time on this transfer.
Therefore, they’ll try to finalize the agreement with the Crusaders by the end of the week.
Indeed, Ange-Yoan Bonny has already accepted Inter’s contract proposal.
Now it’s up to Parma to give the final go-ahead.
Bonny’s arrival will cost Inter around €25 million.
However, while Parma are pushing for full payment upfront, Inter are negotiating to structure the deal with add-ons.
Once they have the agreement wrapped up, the Nerazzurri will focus their attention on Manchester United flop Rasmus Hojlund.
Deemed surplus to requirements, the 22-year-old Dane is ready to leave Old Trafford after two years.
Yet, the Red Devils have slapped a significant €45m price tag on his shoulders.
As such, Inter will try to offload Mehdi Taremi first and then pitch United with a formal proposal.
