Inter Milan are eyeing up Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny, defender Giovanni Leoni, and midfielder Adrian Bernabe.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan are now right on the verge of officially naming Cristian Chivu as their new coach.
The Romanian will take over at the Nerazzurri after just thirteen matches in charge of Parma in Serie A.
And according to the Corriere, Chivu is keen to bring a few players with him from Emilia-Romagna.
Firstly, there is striker Ange-Yoan Bonny. The 21-year-old has been on Inter’s radar for some time, as they look to reinforce in attack.
And the arrival of Chivu as coach will only increase the likelihood that Inter move for Bonny.
The Frenchman did very well after Chivu took over at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.
Meanwhile, in defense, Giovanni Leoni has emerged as one of Inter’s targets to replace the aging Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij.
Leoni was in absolutely outstanding form for Parma in the last few weeks of the campaign. Therefore, there is little doubt that Chivu would trust the 19-year-old at the heart of his defense.
Lastly, reports the Corriere, Inter could also turn to Parma midfielder Adrian Bernabe as an option in holding midfield.
