Inter Milan are reportedly ready to sell Benjamin Pavard in order to make room for Parma starlet Giovanni Leoni.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the French star could fall victim to Inter’s pursuit of the 18-year-old.

Benjamin Pavard is no longer indispensable at San Siro.

On the contrary, the Serie A runners-up have put the former Bayern Munich defender up for sale.

However, Pavard has made it clear he would only join a ‘top’ European club.

Inter Milan to Sell Benjamin Pavard to Raise Funds for Giovanni Leoni

Pavard’s exit would not only open space for Giovanni Leoni, but it would also bolster Inter’s bank accounts.

Indeed, the 29-year-old will only leave Giuseppe Meazza for a substantial offer, probably in the region of €20 million.

However, that’s only half of what Parma demand to let their sought-after youngster leave the club this summer.

Tracked by Inter since the beginning of the summer, Leoni has also drawn interest from AC Milan and Juventus.

Moreover, Liverpool and Manchester United may try to bring the Italian prodigy to the Premier League.

As such, Inter cannot afford to waste much time.
