Inter Milan have reportedly turned down an offer to sign out-of-favour Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku this summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInter1908.

There is little doubt that forward Christopher Nkunku is on his way out at Chelsea.

The Frenchman signed for the Blues just two years ago. He arrived on a big money deal from RB Leipzig, after having been outstanding in the Bundesliga.

However, Nkunku has never managed to find his form at Stamford Bridge.

Inter Turn Down Opportunity To Sign Chelsea Outcast Nkunku

Chelsea are looking to move Nkunku on this summer. The 27-year-old has no place in the plans of coach Enzo Maresca.

And according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea have been offering Nkunku around.

Inter are one of the clubs that the Blues have offered the former Paris Saint-Germain forward to.

The Nerazzurri could sign Nkunku for a fee of around €40 million, reports the Gazzetta.

However, Inter have made Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman their top target. They are not considering Nkunku a target, as they are going all-in to try and sign the Nigerian international.
