Midfielder Davide Frattesi is reportedly reaching top condition ahead of Inter Milan’s Serie A match against Udinese on Sunday.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInter1908.
Midfielder Davide Frattesi has begun his third season as an Inter Milan player.
It is somewhat surprising that the 25-year-old has made it this far with the Nerazzurri.
Reportedly, Frattesi had asked for a transfer in the January transfer window of last season. This was due to the fact that he was not starting regularly.
Then, it looked all but inevitable that Frattesi would be on his way this summer. There was reportedly a bust-up between he and Inter coach Simone Inzaghi after the Champions League final.
However, the change of coach to Cristian Chivu has given Frattesi a new lease on life at Inter.
Then, in the meantime, the former Sassuolo midfielder underwent abdominal surgery during the summer.
However, Frattesi has fully recovered from that procedure. Therefore, over the past couple weeks his condition has been improving in training.
Frattesi played no part in Inter’s 5-0 win over Torino on opening day on Monday.
However, Tuttosport report, Frattesi is definitely ready to play his role in Inter’s next match, against Udinese this weekend.
