Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has set his sights on outgoing Lille ace Jonathan David and Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Partenopei bigwig aims to strengthen the squad after winning the Scudetto.

De Laurentiis is hellbent on keeping hold of Antonio Conte, hence a growing interest in the two stars.

Despite leading Napoli to their second Serie A title in three years, Conte could leave the southern giants this summer.

Indeed, Juventus are keen to bring the 55-year-old back to Turin.

However, De Laurentiis will try to undermine Bianconeri’s efforts.

Napoli Keen on Inter Milan Star Davide Frattesi & Jonathan David

Frattesi’s future at San Siro hangs in the balance despite his Champions League heroics.

Indeed, the ex-Sassuolo midfielder could still leave Inter in the coming months after a busted move to Roma in January.

Meanwhile, Jonathan David will officially become a free agent in June after running down his contract at Lille.

Though Inter are firmly in the race for the Canadian’s signature, Napoli will try to hijack the transfer.

With Victor Osimhen set to leave Naples permanently, De Laurentiis wants to add a high-profile goalscorer to the team.

Romelu Lukaku helped the Partenopei win the title this season, but the newly-crowned champions seek a more sustainable option.
