There’s no truth to rumours that Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has said yes to a move to Al-Hilal this summer.
This according to Italian outlet Gazzetta.it.
Recently, rumours have emerged linking Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi to Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal.
The Saudi club have reportedly put an offer on the table worth €50 million over three years.
This would certainly be a gigantic pay upgrade over what Inzaghi earns at Inter.
And in Saudi circles, there have been suggestions that the Nerazzurri coach has already given the green light to the huge money move.
However, reports the Gazzetta, Inter have no intention of parting ways with Inzaghi.
The 49-year-old former Lazio coach is under contract with the Nerazzurri at least until the end of next June. And they would certainly want to at least continue on with him until that point.
Moreover, Inter want to extend Inzaghi’s contract. As they have done every summer since 2022.
The Gazzetta report that Simone Inzaghi has not communicated anything to Inter about wanting to join Al-Hilal.
At the moment, the 49-year-old’s focus is entirely on the Champions League final at the end of the month.
