Palmeiras reportedly want a fee of at least €40 million for Inter Milan, Porto, and Atletico Madrid-linked midfielder Richard Rios.

This according to Italian outlet FCInterNews.

Inter Milan have reportedly taken an interest in signing Palmeiras midfielder Richard Rios.

The Colombian looks likely to leave Palmeiras at the end of the Club World Cup.

Rios does have a release clause in his contract with the Brazilian giants. It is worth €60 million for clubs within Brazil, and then €100 million for clubs in other countries.

Palmeiras Slap €40M Price Tag On Inter, Porto & Atletico Madrid Target Richard Rios

As FCInterNews, Palmeiras actually only own 70% of the playing rights of Richard Rios.

Meanwhile, Guarani own 14%, and Flamengo own a further 6%. The remaining 10% of the 25-year-old midfielder’s playing rights are the property of the agency that manages him.

That certainly will play a significant role in the way that Palmeiras value a deal for Rios.

According to FCIN, there are a number of clubs in Europe with an interest in signing the Colombian.

Inter are among them. However, the likes of Porto and Atletico Madrid have also come forward with an interest.

According to FCIN, Palmeiras would likely accept a bid of around €30-40 million for Richard Rios.
