Report – Roma Looking To Hijack Inter Milan’s Signing Of Parma Striker

Though Parma star Ange-Yoan Bonny has been a step away from joining Inter Milan, Roma could hijack the deal at the 11th hour.

Per Il Messaggero via FCInterNews , new Giallorossi boss Gian Piero Gasperini is a big-time admirer of the 21-year-old.

Everything looked set for the Frenchman’s transfer to the San Siro.

However, after Inter failed to sign Bonny for the Club World Cup, there’s a small window of opportunity for Roma.

And the capital-based giants seem determined to exploit it.

Despite Roma’s involvement in the race, Inter are still at the head of the queue.

Indeed, they’ve already agreed personal terms with the young gun.

Furthermore, Parma’s €25 million asking price doesn’t seem to be a major obstacle for Inter.

Meanwhile, Gian Piero Gasperini doesn’t seem concerned about Inter’s advantage in this race.

On the contrary, he is ready to rival the Nerazzurri for Bonny’s services as he aims to reinforce Roma’s attacking options.

Despite signing Artem Dovbyk last summer, the Giallorossi could use another top striker.

Therefore, Ange-Yoan Bonny is on their shortlist, which potentially spells trouble for Inter.
