Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United, and they have held advanced talks to get the deal done.

The player is likely to be available for a fee of around £60 million this summer, and a report from TBR Football claims that Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici are big fans of the African attacker.

The report further claims that Levy believes Thomas Frank could bring out the best in the African and help him thrive at Tottenham.

Meanwhile, we have covered reports that Tottenham have already spoken to his agent.

Tottenham need Mohammed Kudus

The 24-year-old could prove to be a useful acquisition for Tottenham, and his ability to slot into multiple attacking roles will be a bonus.

They need a dynamic attacker like Kudus, who is capable of adding goals and creativity from multiple roles in the final third. The 24-year-old is naturally a right-sided winger, but he is capable of operating on either flank as well as centrally.

The player will look to join a big club

Kudus will look to take the next step in his career and join a bigger club this summer. Tottenham could be the ideal opportunity for him. They could offer him regular gametime and the platform to showcase his qualities in the Champions League.

Tottenham managed to win a trophy last year, and that makes them an attractive destination for players. The Ghanaian International will certainly hope that the two clubs can secure an agreement.

Tottenham have been linked with players like Bryan Mbeumo this summer, but they will miss out on the Brentford star. It seems that Kudus is an alternative for them. It remains to be seen whether they can get a deal across the line for the 24-year-old.

There is no doubt that he is good enough to play for Tottenham, and he could be an important player for the club going forward.
