Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in recent months, and it seems that they could sign him on a cut-price deal.

According to Give Me Sport, Tottenham are in the race to sign the 25-year-old Serbian International striker. The player has 15 goals and five assists to his name, and he could prove to be a quality acquisition for Tottenham.

Tottenham could use Dusan Vlahovic

They need more depth in the attacking unit, and the Serbian could compete with Dominic Solanke. The England International has had a mixed season so far, and more competition for places could help Spurs improve as a squad.

Vlahovic has been linked with a move to the Premier League for months, and it remains to be seen whether he can finally secure a move to England. He has the physicality and technical attributes to do well in the Premier League, and he could add a new dimension to the Tottenham attack. Vlahovic has been hailed as a “world class” player in the past.

If Tottenham manages to secure Champions League qualification for the next season, they will be an attractive destination for top players. The 25-year-old could certainly fancy a move to the North London club in that case.

Juventus star available on a bargain

The player could be available for a fee of less than £30 million, and Vlahovic could prove to be a bargain at the price. He is young enough to improve further, and he could develop into a top-class Premier League attacker.

Meanwhile, the player is thought to be on the radar of Chelsea, Newcastle United and West Ham United as well. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can win the race for his signature.

They are 17th in the league table, and they will look to bounce back strongly next year. Quality players like Vlahovic will certainly help them turn things around.
