AC Milan are resigned to losing two more important pieces on free transfers at the end of the season, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of La Repubblica (via MilanNews) writes that the Rossoneri management feel like they are now set to lose both Alessio Romagnoli and Franck Kessie when their contracts expire at the end of the current season.

The Ivorian is a fundamental piece of Milan’s midfield but his requests of €8m net per season are too high for Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara to agree to. Then there is the interest of PSG, Tottenham, Liverpool, Juventus and Inter.

As for the club captain, this season Romagnoli earns €6m net thanks to the renewal he signed back in 2017 which included an incremental pay rise, but these figures have made his renewal incredibly difficult from the start and that is why talks cannot really take off.
