Inter Milan and Bologna are negotiating a fee of €13 million plus add-ons and a sell-on fee for midfielder Kristjan Asllani.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan and Bologna have reportedly been in talks over midfielder Kristjan Asllani.
The Nerazzurri have been working to offload the Albanian international this summer.
Asllani joined Inter from Empoli in the summer of 2022. And after three years at the club, it has become clear that he is not a part of the plans.
Therefore, Inter have made no secret of the fact that Asllani is up for sale.
Meanwhile, the player himself reportedly prioritized staying in Serie A. He therefore turned down a move to Real Betis.
Inter and Bologna have now reached the stage of negotiations where they are settling on a fee.
Reportedly Inter have been asking for around €17-18 million for Asllani.
However, Bologna are aiming to lower that fee by changing up the structure of the deal a bit.
The Gazzetta dello Sport report that the Rossoblu are ready to invest around €13 million in the deal right away.
However, the newspaper anticipate, there would also be some add-ins in the deal.
Furthermore, Bologna could also offer Inter a percentage of resale to convince them on a lower up-front fee.
