Romagnoli: Lazio defence have more records to break

Alessio Romagnoli is looking forward to a new preseason with Lazio.

The defender played a key role in Lazio's impressive campaign last term.

He told Lazio Style: "How am I? Quite well, I had plenty of time to rest and work. Now it will be intense days, even more so for us defenders. We are happy to be here, to start, it will be a season full of commitments, we must prepare to give our best.

"We must always work to improve, our work doesn't just depend on us, last year we were helped by the work the others did.

"We will have to improve, we almost were the best defense in the championship, we equaled the record of clean sheets, we want to overcome it."
