Ruben Neves is one of the players that has been linked with a move to Manchester United.
The midfielder, who joined Al-Hilal in 2023, has made 114 appearances for the side, scoring 15 goals.
Meanwhile, in his last spell in the Premier League with Wolverhampton Wanderers, the 28-year-old made 253 appearances, scoring thirty goals across six years.
With this in mind, if he was to be as influential at United, the midfielder could form a big part of Ruben Amorim’s side.
Therefore, arguably, it is not surprising to see that the club have already contacted Ruben Neves as the Red Devils strive to reach a successful deal.
However, with Al-Hilal offering a new two-year deal to Neves, the 28-year-old has a decision to make.
Now, with the midfielder deciding his future, a new, reduced transfer fee has been revealed by Al-Hilal.
According to TalkSport, Al-Hilal are prepared to listen to offers of £15million or more should Neves choose not to sign a new deal, with this less than the £20million previously demanded by Hilal.
Meanwhile, the source has also revealed that several Premier League sides including Newcastle United, and Leeds United are interested in the midfielder.
As well as this, TalkSport have stated that Manchester United have not yet made a formal approach for the 28-year-old as the January transfer window approaches.
With this news now revealed, fans may look towards Manchester to see if United make a formal approach for the midfielder in the coming weeks.
However, if the Red Devils choose not to pursue a deal for Neves, other Premier League sides such as the ones named could look to sign the Al-Hilal man.
But, no approaches can be made until Ruben Neves decides whether to sign a new, improved deal or not.
