Sky Sport Italia is reporting that Milan finally have an agreement in place with Club Brugge over a deal for Switzerland international Ardon Jashari after weeks of negotiations.
Tuesday’s report claims that there is an agreement in principle in place over a €34m deal with an additional €3m in bonuses, although outlets elsewhere have quoted slightly different fees.
Reports on Monday evening claimed that the deal would be closed for a slightly higher total for a fee of €33.5m plus up to €4.5m in bonuses, some of which were easily achievable and others less certain.
Sky claims that Milan are now closing the deal and discussing the final details with Club Brugge for a deal that will total €37m.
The Rossoneri are expecting to have everything wrapped up within the next few hours.
If his signing is confirmed, Jashari could become Milan’s fifth new addition of the summer transfer window, following the previous arrivals of Luka Modric, Samuele Ricci, Pervis Estupinan and Pietro Terracciano.
The Rossoneri are also hoping to close a deal with Young Boys for right-back Zachary Athekame at a reported cost of around €10m, while Dusan Vlahovic is also still of interest to compete with Santiago Gimenez up front.
