Bologna are pushing to sign Lennon Miller from Motherwell, but Udinese remain interested in the promising Scottish midfielder.
Bologna and Udinese are interested in Scottish midfielder Lennon Miller, who is under contract with Motherwell until June 2026.
Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that Miller has attracted interest from several clubs around Europe, but Bologna are currently pushing to finalise the deal, which has also been approved by Miller’s compatriot Ferguson.
As reported by my colleague, Gianluigi Longari, Bologna’s Serie A rivals, Udinese, are also keeping a close eye on the emerging Scottish talent, so there should be new and important developments in the coming days.
Miller recently made his senior Scotland debut and has collected two international appearances.
A product of Cambusnethan Talbot and Motherwell FC academies, Miller scored four goals and provided eight assists in 39 appearances across all competitions in 2024-25.
Ferguson, Scott McTominay, Billy Gilmour, Josh Doig and Ché Adams are the other Scottish footballers currently playing in Serie A.
