South Korea vs. Ecuador Starting Lineups, Preview

South Korea and Ecuador will face off today at Suwon World Cup Stadium in an international friendly, with both teams entering the match under new leadership.

Robert Moreno is in charge of South Korea as the interim head coach, with the squad featuring a mix of experienced players and emerging talent. Son Heung-min remains the team’s biggest attacking threat, while Cho Gue-sung and Lee Kang-in are also expected to play key roles.

The Taegeuk Warriors will also be looking to bounce back from their disappointing World Cup campaign, where they were eliminated in the group stage. Despite entering the tournament with high expectations, South Korea managed just one win while suffering defeats to South Africa and co-hosts Mexico.

Ecuador, meanwhile, enters the match under Marcelo Gallardo, who took over as head coach just a week ago. La Tri will be without key players Piero Hincapié and Moisés Caicedo.
