Sterling rallies Chelsea for final Euro push

Chelsea attacker Raheem Sterling says European qualification is on after victory at Nottingham Forest.

The result sees Chelsea currently in seventh place on the table.

Sterling scored in yesterday's win at the City Ground.

"Never stop believing," wrote Sterling on Instagram. "Ready to give everything we've got for this European push.
