Juventus will have a decisive meeting with Thiago Motta next week and the hope is that he can convince two Bologna stars to join him on the move to Turin this summer.

The Rossoblu officially confirmed the Brazilian-Italian tactician’s decision not to sign a new contract in Emilia-Romagna on Thursday, allowing him to leave the club for free at the end of June, ready to join up with the Old Lady.

Juventus have already prepared a three-year contract worth circa €5m net per season for Thiago Motta, who is ready to build a new project in the Piedmont capital. His arrival will signal the start of a new era for the club, who already cut ties with Massimiliano Allegri.

Bianconeri sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is hoping the tactician can help convince Joshua Zirkzee and Riccardo Calafiori to join him in the Piedmont capital, helping beat out European competition for the talented pair.
