There has been some encouragement to Manchester United’s 2025/26 season, despite just two wins in their last six games.
Harry Maguire’s late header secured a 2-1 away win against Liverpool back in October.
This was their first win at Anfield since 2016 and remains the highlight of the season so far.
An injury time equaliser from Matthijs De Ligt away to Tottenham Hotspur earned United a 2-2 draw.
This was just minutes after Spurs thought they had won the game through Richarlison.
Other highlight results include a 2-1 win against Chelsea, beating Brighton and Hove Albion 4-2 and a 2-1 come from behind victory away to Crystal Palace.
However, there have also been some disappointing results.
Whether it was losing 1-0 at home to a 10-man Everton, drawing 1-1 to a struggling West Ham United or a 3-1 away defeat to Brentford, there have been frustrating moments for the club this season.
Currently in sixth place with 16 games played, United sit two points off fourth place Chelsea but three points ahead of 12th place Newcastle United.
With the Premier League table tighter than ever, every game has a feel of must win, adding further pressure on manager Ruben Amorim.
The new year will present further fixture concerns for United, and the Premier League have made some changes to the next few months of games.
The club have announced that three February Premier League fixtures have been rescheduled.
Games against Everton, Tottenham and West Ham have been affected.
After taking on Fulham, United’s next game at home to Spurs has been moved to an earlier time on February 7th, being shown on TNT Sports at 12:30 GMT.
TNT Sports also shows United’s next outing, away to West Ham, but this will now be at 20:15 GMT on Tuesday February 10th.
United will take on Everton later on in the month. This will be the club’s first opportunity to play at the Toffees’ Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The game will now take place on Monday 23rd February, at 20:00 GMT on Sky Sports.
One fixture that has not changed in February, is their game against Palace the following weekend.
It is still projected to kickoff at 15:00 GMT
