So farewell then Trent Alexander-Arnold after 20 years at Liverpool, whom he joined at the age of six.

As fans mourn the loss, let's remind ourselves of the good times and the joy that this extraordinarily gifted player bought to the English Premier League, redefining the right back role and sometimes the laws of geometry with his passing.
