Torino are on the verge of selling Ivan Ilic to Spartak Moscow for €22m and aim to replace him with RB Leipzig midfielder Nuha Jatta.

The transfer deadline to sign players in Italy is at midnight local time on Monday February 3, which is 23.00 GMT.

According to Sky Sport Italia, La Gazzetta dello Sport and more, Torino are in advanced negotiations to complete the sale of 23-year-old midfielder Ivan Ilic to Spartak Moscow.

That deal is believed to be worth circa €16m plus another €6m in add-ons, taking the total revenue from the sale to €22m.

It is a tidy profit considering Ilic was purchased from Hellas Verona in January 2023 for €17m.

The reports from Sky Sports Deutschland suggest that Torino have already lined up his replacement in the form of 18-year-old attacking midfielder Jatta.

He is due to arrive on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season and could fly in for his medical this weekend.
