The North Londoners have been looking to sign highly rated West Ham starlet Mohammed Kudus at N17 in the ongoing summer transfer window as Daniel Levy looks to add ceiling-raising quality to the current roster at Hotspur Way.

And given his performances, the 24-year-old has shown that he is one of the more dynamic presences in the offensive line in the Premier League, and that shows in how he brings those goals and that ability to create chances.

And given that Manchester United are pushing towards signing Mbeumo and Arsenal’s recent interest is compounding for Eze, Tottenham have to start considering alternatives, and Kudus is one of those we think could potentially come through the doors at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

That being said, the former Ajax star has a substantial release clause (£85 million for Premier League clubs) in his current contract at Olympic Stadium. But the Lilywhites could secure his signatures on a discount, as according to a recent report from The Guardian, Kudus’ signatures could be procured for a fee of £60 million this summer (which is a massive £25 million lower than his release clause).

But alongside Tottenham, Premier League trio Chelsea, Newcastle United and Manchester United are also looking to sign him this summer.

Mohammed Kudus can play along the front line

If Thomas Frank does end up getting a hold of the 24-year-old ace, he can play him on the right flank, where he will be playing more as an inside forward (which means he will be looking to cut inside to attack half-spaces and, in turn, opponents’ goals).

The West Ham United ace can also play in that second striker role and then also in the false nine role, where you can use the Ghanaian in a rotational option role. This will, in turn, aid a mobile front three, and this will bring a fluid interchange with wingers.

Kudus is so versatile that whether you play him on the left wing or the right, his output and impact on the game stay almost the same, which is exactly why he is an interesting profile to sign at N17.
