Tottenham ‘keeping a close eye’ on Chelsea target highy rated by Lionel Messi

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Como attacking midfielder, Nico Paz, at the end of the season.

The 20-year-old has been an important player for the Italian outfit, and his performances have attracted the attention of Chelsea as well. According to a report from Fichajes, Tottenham are ‘keeping a close eye’ on his development, and it will be interesting to see if they come forward with an offer to sign him.

Chelsea & Real Madrid keen

The report claims that Chelsea could make the first move to sign the player. Meanwhile, Real Madrid have an option to sign the player as well.

The former Real Madrid Academy graduate has impressed in Serie A, and he has the technical attributes to do well in the Premier League.

It will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Tottenham could use Nico Paz

Tottenham need more creativity in the final third, and the 20-year-old could be the ideal long-term investment. He could compete with James Maddison for the starting spot and eventually replace the England International in the starting lineup.

He can succeed in the Premier League, and he is highly rated by the Argentinian superstar Lionel Messi. The Inter Miami star has revealed in an interview that Paz is a player with a lot of quality, and he could develop into an important player for club and country.
