Tottenham to battle Arsenal for 'really good defender' who is a 'warrior and a fighter'

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Monaco defender Wilfried Singo during the summer transfer window.

According to a report from CaughtOffside, the 24-year-old defender is on their radar, and they will face competition from Arsenal. The player is valued at €35 million, and Tottenham certainly have the financial resources to get the deal.

Tottenham need defensive additions

It is no secret that they need a quality central defender this summer. Cristian Romero has been linked with an exit, and players like Radu Dragusin have not been able to impress since joining the club.

Singo could prove to be a quality acquisition for Tottenham. He is young enough to improve further, and he has physical and technical attributes to adapt to English football. He is also versatile enough to operate as a full-back.
