Triple S Sports officially sign Wayne Rooney’s brother

Triple S Sports already have multiple links with Manchester United, through players past and present and current academy stars.

The most notable client was United’s all-time top goalscorer Wayne Rooney, with his son Kai Rooney now also being represented by the Triple S Sports agency.

Current Red Devil and veteran defender Harry Maguire is also represented by the firm, while former United midfielder James Garner is another client, currently playing for Everton.

Alongside these, the agency also have Wayne Rooney’s cousin, Jake Rooney, a centre-back for Boston United in the National League, in their ranks as well.

However, the agency have now taken to social media to confirm they now represent the full set of Rooneys’ in the footballing world.

Posting on Instagram, Triple S Sport announced the signing of John Rooney, Macclesfield FC’s manager, who beat defending FA Cup title holders Crystal Palace in the Third Round this season.

The agency captioned their post, saying: “We’re delighted to welcome @johnroo1990 to Triple S Sports”

The statement continued: “John, manager of Macclesfield FC, has overseen an outstanding season with @thesilkmen, guiding the team through a historic FA Cup run and into the play-offs.

“A huge congratulations to John on signing a new deal with the club, well deserved”
