Juventus will soon meet with Fali Ramadani, the agent of Federico Chiesa, to discuss the star winger’s future, with two key factors impacting talks.

The 26-year-old has had a fairly difficult campaign in Turin this season, struggling to show his best under former coach Massimiliano Allegri. With just over a year left on his contract, the Bianconeri are keen to set up a new deal ahead of the summer transfer window.

On Saturday, reports from Sky Sports Italia claimed that imminent Juventus coach Thiago Motta wasn’t too focused on working with Chiesa, unhappy with the Italian winger’s general lack of defensive contributions, news that didn’t go down well with supporters in Turin.

Chiesa future in doubt

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com details how Juventus will meet with Chiesa’s agent Ramadani next week to try and set up a bridge contract lasting to June 2026, looking to strengthen their position ahead of the summer transfer window.

Two factors will determine the winger’s future in Turin: the first is Thiago Motta’s position, which could even push him out the door this summer, and the second is his performances at the upcoming European Championship, which could essentially act as a marketing opportunity for the 26-year-old.
