Valencia goalkeeper Jaume Domenech pens new deal

Valencia goalkeeper Jaume Domenech has signed a new contract.

Domenech has penned a new 12 month deal to 2025.

The club announced: "Valencia CF and Jaume Domnech have signed the extension of the contract of the Valencia goalkeeper until 30 June 2025, after the Club concluded the optional season foreseen by his contract.

"Since he joined VCF Mestalla more than ten years ago (summer 2013), Jaume was an example of professionalism for his performances on the pitch and for his contribution as a leader in the dressing room, managing to perfectly unite, interpret and infect the values and history of Valencia CF.

"At 33, Jaume Domnech was champion of the Copa del Rey in 2019 with a decisive performance, runner-up in the 2022 Cup, and has defended the Valencia CF shirt in more than 150 official matches with his first team qualities have made him one of the captains, a fundamental resource and a reference for Valencia CF."
