This incident wasn’t the first time he had been taunted by Al-Hilal fans, a similar incident occurred in April the previous year.

Back in April 2023, during a match where Al-Hilal defeated Al-Nassr, Ronaldo displayed frustration by grabbing his crotch in response to teasing from fans. These repeated gestures have invited harsh criticism from the player.

Al-Hilal win the Riyadh Season Cup by defeating Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr

Al-Hilal emerged victorious in the finals of the Riyadh Season Cup, which took place at the Kingdom Arena stadium in the Saudi Arabian capital. Hilal won by a scoreline of 2-0, as Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Salem Al-Dawsari struck a goal each.

This marks the fifth consecutive victory for arch-rivals Al-Hilal over Al-Nassr in the Riyadh city derby. Last night’s match ended in a loss for Al-Nassr, despite the team dominating the match proceedings. The winning team secured victory with goals in the 17th minute by midfielder Milenkovic-Savic and in the 30th minute by captain Al-Dawsari. They appear well-positioned to claim major titles this season.
