After helping his nation to a 2-1 win over Ireland last week, Cristiano Ronaldo was released early from the Portugal camp. The decision came due to the forward being suspended for their World Cup qualifier against Azerbaijan.
The early release was positive news for Manchester United, however, as he was able to complete a five-day quarantine in Manchester before he started training with his new teammates.
On Tuesday this week, the club published the first official photos of the 36-year-old back in training as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his squad ramp up preparations for the fixture against Newcastle this weekend.
